Agnilabs provides web development, UI/UX design, SEO improvements, data analysis, and website maintenance services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

4. Payment Terms

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and intellectual property created by Agnilabs remain our property until full payment is received. Upon completion of payment, ownership transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement.

You retain ownership of any content or materials you provide to us.

6. Limitation of Liability

Agnilabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service.

7. Warranty and Support

We provide a 30-day warranty period for all development work. During this period, we will fix any bugs or issues related to our work at no additional cost.

Ongoing support and maintenance services are available under separate agreements.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to that date.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Agnilabs operates.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
